Love Lessons

“Love Lessons, From Rupture to Repair”, our May 20th, 2017 experiential couples workshop in Brunswick was a great success. Here is what participants said:
“I questioned whether my wife and I were going to make it. Now I know that we will.”
“Being with other couples…”
“Being with other couples who could share and relate was very helpful. Their stories are similar to ours.”

“It was intriguing to see the depth of expression in my partner’s eyes. It felt great.”

“I’ve been in a hurry my whole life. I learned that I have to slow down and stay curious and mindful.”

“(We learned)… to just listen to one another, without verbal response. I could feel my partner’s emotions.”

“Practice, practice, practice (connecting with eyes, listening with heart, being present without words). There is no perfection.”

We are very excited to let you know we will be doing more of couple’s workshops and teaching. Our plan is to repeat this specific workshop once a year and make it a day long. We are even hoping to create a couple’s group that might meet monthly. So if you are interested, let us know.

We know the journey of being in a long term committed partnership can be enormously challenging. We can all benefit from regular opportunities to experience our struggle as normal and that taking and making the time to connect deeply is essential.

Please let us know if you would be interested in joining us for our next presentation ‘Love Lessons, From Rupture to Repair,’ or if you are interested in joining an ongoing group, or just want to know of other opportunities we will be offering.

Either send us an email or sign up for the Blog/Notifications at the bottom of our home page. (We promise not to overwhelm you with mail. )
